Refund And Cancellation Policy

The retail shop has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the retail shop to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Currently shop does not providing facility of cancel orders to it's customer. In future shop may have this service.

Refund Policy

In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of delivery. It is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. Subject to acceptance from the retail shop of the product, the Company may take the returned product back and grant credit in lieu of the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the retail shop.

However, the Company reserves the right of returns or refunds of the Products after the order has been accepted for delivery. Further, it is clarified that for electronic products, no returns shall be accepted unless the product seal is intact (i.e. not broken) and the original invoice issued by the relevant third party seller.
